All sounds from the children's room are also indicated by LED lights on the monitor, which provide a visual signal of the sound's volume. This means you can set the volume to "Low" and still be instantly notified of any noise coming from the child's room.
For complete portability and flexibility, your baby monitor can be powered by either plugging it into the mains or using batteries (6x AAA, not included) when a power outlet is not nearby.
