Der VOTRONIC Start Alarm 124 ist ein Warngerät mit akustischer (Beeper) und optischer (LED) Alarmmeldung für die Starterbatterie bei Einsatzfahrzeugen mit nur einem Batteriekreis (nach DIN EN 1789, Abschnitt 4.3.2). Er soll den Fahrzeugführer frühzeitig vor einer nicht mehr startfähigen Batterie warnen. Über einen Schaltausgang (PNP, Plus-Ausgang max. 0,5 A) kann ein zusätzliches Signalhorn, Verbraucherrelais o.ä. angeschlossen werden. Der Eigenverbrauch liegt unter 3 mA (nach DIN EN 13976). Anschluss über Steck-Schraubklemme.
